“Absolutely terrible service, after a week of me emailing asking when I could expect it, the charger was never sent out, and I just received an invoice.
I purchased another cable which was wrong.
I have been asking for invoices for the last 2 weeks, only to be told they would be sent, still no sign of them. I have emailed on numerous occasions, some get replied to, and even those, only certain issues are addressed.
I would never use the company again and would strongly discourage anyone else.”
