“Absolute shambles! Avoid at all cost!
I ordered the phone case for my iPhone XS plus and was sent the iPhone 8 Plus case. I emailed and explained, and was simply told to return via post for a refund. I asked for them to send the case I actually paid for, to which I was instructed to return the iPhone 8 Plus case first. Once I did this I was refunded and not contacted again.
The customer service was non existent and was not even offered an apology for their mistake. Now I’m back at square one with no case and awaiting several days to get my money back.
If you want my advice, just buy from amazon and pay a little extra. Not worth the hassle ordering with these guys.”
