Ordered and paid for a brand new item, but received one that was clearly second hand/used. Asked seller to arrange for collection of item for refund, but they refused.
Customer Services said they were sorry I wasn't happy with the item, no apologies for sending me something that was used/second hand and absolutely not effort to make the return and refund process easy for me.”
