“Item ok. Certainly doesn't charge phone in 18 minutes as advertised. Takes about an hour to 90 minutes. Company (Doohickey) supplied wrong lead for phone. Emailed them and they wanted me to send back incorrect lead by registered post before they would send out correct lead at my expense. Ended up buying correct lead locally as would have probably cost me more sending item back. Wouldn't use this company again”
“Cannot rate because I never got my order it got lost in the post. I got asked if I wanted another delivered or to receive a full refund, I chose refund and then today I get told to send the parcel I Did not even receive back! This makes no sense and it takes a whole 24 hours to get a reply! This malarchy is going to carry on into the New Year now. Happy New Year to me NOT!”
