“Absolutely disgusted with the condition of this controller, it came in a plastic bag, no box to protect it, had deep scratches across the bag and a faulty button. Have sent it straight back and demanded a refund to which i am still waiting for”
“Ordered on 12th Dec, dispatch notification on 13th Dec but by 21st nothing received. Queries with customer services who said they had checked with the post and item was lost in the mail? This doesn’t add up to me? Has it even been posted? Poor service!”
