“Purchased a case, the quality of which was fine - however the level of customer service received has been so poor I would advise other customers to avoid, its not worth it.
- The case did not arrive within the 1-3 days (paid for fast delivery, albeit a small charge)
- I had to follow up the whereabouts of the purchase several times. Nothing arrived as planned and with another case sent out a week later, by which point there was no requirement for the case.
- Customer phone line on the website is not active and I was advised is an online only company (why is it on the website)
- E-mails to customer service consistently ignored or responded to vaguely without actually providing the information requested. Several requests regarding complaints process ignored and no response received still.
- Promised a refund however this has still not arrived and am currently in a PayPal dispute
Overall a nightmare process and I will never, ever be purchasing from you ever again. I regret ever making a purchase and would advise other customers to avoid at all costs.”
