“I love the tent overall, but have already had some issues with one of the zippers on a back corner of the tent popping loose from the zipper area, as well as an issue with my rainfly tearing on one of the corners from wind battery. I do leave it set up for a couple weeks at a time, in some cases, but not that often.”

“I bumped in to issues when I ordered a tent from one of tentsiles suppliers. Luckily I got in contact with the tentsile support and boy am I happy that I did. Instead of arguing with the support of the suppliers, tentsile swooped in and saved the day. There was a slight problem with the tent I recieved in the end. But there was never an issue as tentsiles great support again swooped in to make everything right. The support is great. The product is great. They care about their product and their customers. The tent in it self is a damn delight. It was far easier to set up that I anticipated due to the helpful videos on their websight. The tent is a unique and thrilling experience. I look forward to many exciting, comfortable nights in my safari connect. Thank you so much tentsile!”
