“I have been using a tensile tent and a ladder for about 2 months now! First off, I love these products. One of the only issues I have is how exactly to set up/use the ladder correctly. I have a very hard time using the ladder to get in and out of the tent without the ladder tilting to where it basically becomes one of those ladder climbing carnival games. I figured out if you angle the ladder away from the tent and stake it down at a nice 45 degree angle then the ladder becomes waaaay easier to use, my only issue with that is it drastically reduces the length of the ladder, being so angled. Again love the product and not sure I'm using it correctly but I think the ladder is just really hard to use. Thanks for hearing my thoughts on this!”

Thanks for the feedback , Kelly. Yes, the ladder can be a tricky one, but once you get the hang of it (excuse the pun), it really adds to the playful nature set up. I'll talk with the team about putting your 45° idea up as a hack. Again, the feedback is always welcome. :)

“My son bought the ladder with the connect 3.0 tree tent. We compared pricing with other ladders but he decided having a 2 point connect would be best and wasn’t anymore than the others we found. Works wonderfully!”
