“We haven't gotten to use this yet with the cold weather, everything seems to be in the bag and we're excited to use it. I am a little disappointed as we got a different color than ordered and now almost a month after reaching out to customer support have not gotten any answer. Feels like kind of a let down after spending $600+ on a 3 person tent and a couple of accessories.”

Hi Caitlin, Our warehouse only had a complete stingray in Camo but we also sent you an extra rain fly in your colour of choice Forest Green. “I received my Stingray tree tent yesterday. It appears to be quality material and craftsmanship. Everything is included in an easy to store and carry bag. Looking forward to sleeping in this beauty once the snow is gone.”
