“is a awesome product, but the tent came with a little damaged. I don't call back because don't want to wait more time cause my kids arrived for summer vacation and at the beginning got some issues with the shipment.... but the product looks well constructed and easy to install...”

“I ordered this tent for my son’s last stay at summer camp as a participant. He’s old enough to to staff now and is going that route. We’ve been proponents of “hammock camping” for over 15 years and wanted to try something a little different to make his last year special. The tent didn’t arrive in time but I decided to keep the order anyway. I set it up the same day it arrived and was very impressed with the build quality. It’s one of the best quality tents I’ve purchased. The setup wasn’t a hassle at all is pretty cut and dry. This tent is going to see quite a bit of use over the next few months as we go on several outings. I ordered the hatch cover for cooler weather and the sheet to cover the inter floor and keep sleeping pads in place. What a great and different tent!”

“The tent and it's quality is good but we find that it is difficult to set it up in such a way that you can sleep well in it. The main problem is one rolls towards the middle where there is the triangular hatch. This is not shown in any video or picture and had we know we would have not bought it. The so-called factory calibrated straps were loose when the tent was fully suspended and tight so I needed to adjust them despite that the manual says it is necessary after some years of use. Possibly Tentsile can come with some further explanation as to what we may be doing wrong?”

“We loved The tent. We could't wait to set it up so we dit it directly in our garden. We sleept in the tent the first nigth after!! We are going to use it a lot with our kids!! They loves it!!”
