“I’ve been looking at this tent for the last year or two back when it was the Una.2. Everything about this experience has been great. I ordered the Camouflage rain fly and una and I got an email that said they were out of stock but I’d still be receiving the Camo fly. They sent a complete Forrest Green una, and I received my Camo Fly from a different factory about 3 days later. So I have the Una with two different rain flys and that’s just great. The tents quality is awesome, very sturdy and even more impressive than you think. Lots of straps for different set ups. The double flooring for a sleeping pad is just a stroke of genius. Great scenery when the fly is not attached. I’m 5’11” and around 220 lbs. and this tent had lost of room, enough for a big body pillow too. I had little a fan hanging above my face on one of the hooks and it worked perfectly. I couldn’t imagine a better product. I called to thank the company for being so awesome and the guy that answered the phone was terrific too. Great stuff.”

“Poor quality of the parts of the tent, e. g. sharp edges in the weblock which (naturally) cuts the straps. no/baddest ever seen customer service. Delivery after 3months is still not complete, still waiting since January for the missing parts, despite you dishonour people of tensile promised it for march. I paid in January. All in all: bad quality, not honest, not fast, not friendly not correct, no service. Very, very disappointing”

“Build quality and usability/adjustability is low for a $299 Una. Corners were cut on manufacturing in favor of marketing/branding. Fastening of rainfly to tent is archaic. No ratchet straps included as in photos. Color only applies to rainfly; otherwise all single tents are an unappealing bright blue. Not thrilled.”
