I highly recommend the UNA 2.0!! First of all I really wanted to find the best lay flat, because as many, I like the comfort of a tent but there are often stumps or slopes that make sleep unpleasant which tends to me to choose my hammock more often as it’s lighter and the fact that I’m hanging in it prevents floor discomforts. Still, thing is, I like to sleep on my side, back and stomach and the curvy posture given by the hammock is anything but comfortable. That's why I chose tentsile, the cozy combination the tent and hammock without the inconvenience of each one. And the weight is similar or a little lighter than my 2 person tent. Now there’s no way I won’t take my tentsile on my camping journey unless I let my friends try it so that they feel like grab their own too. cheers campers !!

Thanks for the feedback, Simon. We're right with you - sleeping on your side, back and stomach, but away from the lumps and bumps on the floor! Us too! So glad you like the Tentsile experience - and now your friends can join you too! :)

Last summer I got a little bit obsessed about Tentsile products. The idea of floating above the ground with just an insect mesh between me and the nature was very appealing to me. However, I was afraid that I had too rosy a picture of the tentsiles and ultimately decided not to buy one. Until this summer, when I saw Gen 2.0 Una on sale. I was still a bit worried that I had bought something gimmicky and impractical, but luckily that was not the case! Setting up took some practice, so I did a couple of trial runs at trips to summer cottages. First time took nearly an hour, as I had to change the trees a couple of times, but the second try took only half an hour. I found a great place by a lake with a nice view and spent hours lying in Una watching the scenery and clouds. After a couple of test runs I was confident enough to take Una with me on a two day hike with friends. It still took me a bit longer to find a suitable place compared to my friends and the setting up time was longer than with tents or hammocks, but it was totally worth it. Una with a Sky-Pad is extremely comfortable to sleep in (both lying on my back and on my side), on par with my own bed. I slept happily over 8 hours and had to be woken up so I wouldn't miss breakfast :) I also really like being lifted above the ground and seeing the nature around me before drifting of to sleep. My friends were also really interested in the tentsile and each wanted to try it out. One or two seemed to consider buying one for themselves. From now on Una will be my number one choice for camping, replacing my almost-brand-new tent. I regret a bit not buying the Gen 3.0 version, as it seems to have some small practical improvements. Pros: -Extremely comfortable to sleep in -Great for chilling, watching clouds etc. Cons: -Finding a suitable place can be difficult -A bit heavy tl;dr: Una is not a gimmicky product; it's a luxury product. Never have I had such a good night's sleep while camping than in Una with a Sky-Pad.

Thank you for the feedback, Mika. We are always so excited to hear how people use our products - and the Una is wonderful for a solo sleeper. And yes, often a couple of test runs is required, as it is a whole new experience. Finding the right trees can require the right eye, but with practice everyone gets there - and we do encourage the Tentsile Tribe to play with the space in which they want to camp. The Gen 3 does have some small practical improvements and the new weight is under 4.5lbs, which really helps. Again, thank you for great feedback. Tentsile Team :)

I got the una tent and took it out the day I got it in the mail. Was extremely easy to store it in my dry bag on my kayak had it set up within about 10 minutes without any practice with it before. I absolutely love it the only regret I have is I didn’t get the 2 person one instead.
