“I am a sixty five year old rancher, that started ranching at he young age of 12 yrs old ,driving the tractors and was 6 yrs old when I first started riding a horse by my self in the pastures. Have always felt I was deprived on my childhood. So after retiring last yr, I started to play with my toys, and am having a great time. Have always loved tree houses but never had the time to build one, so when I saw the Universe, it was love at first site. The best part is that its portable and can be used in the water, which is also one of my great joys, being in or around the water. The construction of the tent is bar none. The construction is very similar to what is used on the blow up paddle boards, but much stiffer. When it arrived one of the tie nylon tie down anchors had been miss sown , I was very upset, that I was unable to play with it, and called Tensile. Tensile listened and apologized for there mistake , and had I had a new base or float platform Fedexed to me in 3 days at no cost, the agent was very helpful and made my day by sending it out that fast. Would be great if more companies had customer service as great as Tensile. If I had to rate them on a scale of one to ten, I would give them a 11 plus....... THANKS, TENSILE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!! This old kid,, thinks your company is the BEST!!!”

“The 5-Man 3-Universe Tent is EVERYTHING they say it is and more! Very happy with the tent!!! High quality in every way and what we were expecting. Easy to set-up with online video instructions. Shipping was very slow, but staff did all they could to resolve shipping delays.”

“This tent is the absolute best, the inflatable paddle board base provides endless entertainment for the kids as well as a very useful “floating dock” where I can clean the side of the boats. Have recommended to countless people. Tentsile products all the way.”
