“why take hundreds of details, then quote me a price, allow me to pay that price online and then i get a call from the insurance company wanting to "double check" my details... all of a sudden my insurance is £110 more than quoted!! i feel like you tricked me by taking my business then mugging me off at the final hurdle knowing i would then be uninsured if i didn't pay up. its simply not good enough. no wonder we all shop at lidl these days.”
