Last year, my goal was to have defined abs. I was working out 5 times a week, but I wasn't really seeing visible results. Luckily, a friend of mine bought this for me. After 4 weeks, I feel stronger to do hardcore workouts. It intensifies my moves to burn more fats. The best thing is, when the work is done, it refreshes my whole body. It keeps me away from pain and fatigue. Until now, I still drink HEAL. It's the best partner when I go to the gym!

Heal is formulated to supply the body with adequate nutrition while recovering from surgery or from intense physical activity. I've discovered Heal a few months ago when I got into surgery. This is like a 'one size fits all' supplement that aids to minor or major surgeries, non-surgical injuries, and just anything that needs healing. They got tasty and healthy flavors to chose from too!

Finding a recovery drink that reduces stress and anxiety was my best online purchase yet. I just saw this from a Facebook advertisement and gave it a try because it's intriguing to read all the positive product reviews. Working as an accountant is good money but great stress comes with it too. I always look forward to going home and putting my feet up while I drink my cup of tea mixed with Heal. This is a good stress-reliever drink and a healthy supplement that improved my sleep.

Before getting into a bypass surgery, my body needed to recover from getting hit by a mild stroke. My doctor gave me a timeline of 3 months for rehabilitation. Thankfully with the help of Heal, I recovered from a stroke in just 2 months. I continued on drinking Heal because I had to undergo angioplasty in order to remove the blockage in my arteries. Going through rehabilitation again was more bearable because my body was prepared fully as I've been taking Life for heart support. It might sound too much to take 2 supplements at a time but both supplements made my recovery and daily life a lot easier.

I've not been active the past few months prior to surgery that's why my doctor said that it may take longer for me to regain my mobility again after my knee surgery. A friend recommended Heal to me as a post-surgery supplement. I use up to 2 scoops per serving for better results and take this 3 times a day. It does strengthen my muscles, ligaments, and tendons making it easier to manage walking with my newly replaced knees. I've gotten a lot more active now that I get all the protein I need.

I take Heal after a 3-hour workout so I know that my body will repair itself and I won't have back pain and aches the next day. It takes effect in less than an hour of intake, I feel calm and relaxed muscles so I always sleep soundly. Rest is probably the best treatment for pain, I get to sleep longer hours now because of Heal. It's good for pain management and better metabolism!

Heal maintained a healthy inflammatory response while I was recovering from kidney stone surgery when I couldn't move so much. My wound healed so fast and I didn't have swelling anywhere in my body. After a week, I was able to move freely on my own but I wasn't into doing too exhausting activities yet. It fits my Keto diet because this is Keto-friendly!

When I was on recovery, Heal helped me rebuild my muscles when I had to go through a week of bed rest and complete inactivity. It was helpful for pain management and fatigue. I always feel energized and feel the strength on my knees so it wasn't hard for me to walk on my own. This is very easy to prepare and very light to the tummy. I'm addicted to this! I'm still drinking, it's been a month since I recovered.
