Heal is also formulated to also support mental health apart from physical healing. Drinking Heal is very effective in reducing fatigue and improving my sleeping patterns. Sleeping through the night after a tiring day at the rehabilitation center helps a lot in reducing muscle soreness and relaxing my joints. I got through recovery with positivity and cheerfulness. I love mixing this with a warm milk or hot chocolate, I don't feel like I'm taking a supplement!

I discovered recently that this supplement is also for active individuals who are into fitness and want to alleviate pain and soreness. Make my muscles feel a lot less painful and sore after a long tiring exercise. A highly recommended recovery drink for athletes who pushes themselves to their extremes like me. The flavors are fantastic, taste so good!

Driving routinely is not permitted within 6 weeks from the time of the surgery. My doctor was surprised how fast my wounds healed so he gave me a go signal on driving during my fifth week of recovery. I got back my strength faster because of Heal, it was a big part of my recovery. I'm so happy I found out about this before my surgery. Made recovery a lot easier!

Heal has improved my recovery and provided protection against muscle damage while I was on bed rest for quite a while. I tried a different brand but I don't find it effective so I switched to Heal. In just a week I'm feeling gradual changes in my strength and energy. The effects I get from this are really worth the price!

Heal works best in repairing my strained muscles from a tough day at training. I drink it 30 minutes after training and before bedtime for a soothing and relaxing feeling while I sleep. I discovered this just recently and it's the best thing in my life right now. Training had never been this rewarding and enjoyable! I don't have to worry about pain and aches anymore!

For patients especially athletes, it’s important to adjust your diet while on surgical recovery. I wanted to start a healthy lifestyle so I tried being on a plant-based diet as a transition stage to being vegan. This allows the body to absorb the nutrients effectively while taking a supplement for extra nutrients that I don't get from my diet. It helps for hassle-free training after recovery.

Heal strengthens my immunity and reduces the risk of complications while I'm recovering and exposed to viral diseases. I went straight home after the surgery because my doctor saw that I can manage and recover from home. It may be a minor knee surgery but I'm still careful not to cause damage so I make sure I get enough proteins that will promote the growth of muscle fibers and tissues. I take Heal 3-4 times a day using 1-2 scoops per serving. Recovery went by too fast that I didn't notice, no pain and swelling!

I was amazed at how light-tasting and refreshing this is for a supplement! Perfect for my post-surgery diet because it's made of ingredients from natural sources. I drink this 3 times a day mixed with tea. I get out of bed without feeling dizzy or nauseous and I always have the energy to attend my therapy sessions. Improved my mood a lot!
