Besides the OTC drugs prescribed by my doctor, I trust this product for my recovery. I've been taking this for more than a month and it really gives me the comfort that I need. I incorporate Heal into my high-protein diet in order to allow my bones and muscles to rebuild and help the immune system stay strong enough to fight off infection. Unknown to many, amino acids are actually the building blocks of protein that's why it aids to easier muscle gain. Surgery causes a stress reaction in the body that elevates the metabolism and increases our need for calories and other nutrients. Even before my operation, I'm already using Heal so I came mentally and physically prepared at the hospital. Post-surgery, I increased my dosage to 2 scoops per serving in order to alleviate pain and maintain a healthy inflammatory response for rapid wound healing. If we don’t fuel our recovery with the proper foods and nutrients, complications are more likely to arise. I got into the Keto diet as advised by my doctor and I liked it. Taking in amino acids orally helps the body produce collagen. When the body is recovering, it needs healthy connective tissue and collagen is what those ligaments and tendons are made of. When I recovered, it felt like my tendons got healthier in a month of supplementing with Heal so I might continue drinking for another month. This is so tasty and yet so helpful in improving my strength. I also make sure I get enough vitamin C from fruits for immunity.

Muscle aches may come 6 to 12 hours after a workout and can last up to 48 hours. To prevent this from happening, I drink Heal 30 minutes before and after my workout. Because of Heal, I get to sleep longer hours so the next day, I don't feel any pain as my muscles heal and get stronger. One would wonder is that even possible?
