“I've tried both the Watermelon and Grape flavours. I find the grape overpoweringly sweet and the watermelon pleasant but a tad underwhelming. I've decided to use 1/2 & 1/2 and it works out very well and the flavours seem to really complement each other. The watermelon flavour does not have any sweetener in it so if you want to avoid sucralose, this is the one to choose and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. I've only been using them from a couple of weeks so can't really speak to benefits but I'm hopeful that will help with regulating sugars and give me some energy.
