Everybody thinks that being a gymnast is just being flexible. In reality, this sport requires a lot of power and endurance, especially when swinging and pivoting around bars. When I started training as a gymnast, I wasn't drinking any supplements. When the practice became more intense due to exhibitions, I got minor injuries and felt aches all over my body. My friend, who's a rhythmic gymnast, advised me to try this brand. Since then, I do not start my practice without drinking PERFORM. It has absolutely made a huge improvement in my performance.

When I started with boxing, I didn't pay much attention to my health. I train so hard that I'm always physically drained and dead tired. My coach didn't like this and he changed my workout routine, diet and supplements. I shifted to Amino Co product which is Perform. Give me additional energy source during prolonged exercise. I also noticed getting better toned muscles in just a few weeks after drinking and starting with my new workout routine. I feel my muscles heal faster unlike before when I do not take any supplements.

Continuous intense training can lead to fatigue, immune suppression, and overtraining if an athlete does not recover adequately between training. I learned that amino acids improve the immune response to several weeks of intense endurance training. So I tried Performance, it improved my health and body performance 10x better than before.
