“Hi Jordan @ the Caker. I’m glad you asked. The vegan lemon raspberry cake was divine, such a harmonious pop of flavour and light as a feather. The ideal finish to my daughter’s 24th birthday lunch. I gave the small amount of cake leftover to my daughter to take home and my husband was rather miffed. Nga mihi nui Lisa ❤️”
