“so tasty, had this for my birthday last week and was absolutely delicious. Matcha not overpowering or bitter, but you still get a great matcha flavour. decorated beautifully as well! thank you!”

“Make this then sit back fo the praises. The matcha tea perfectly balances the icing, so not overly sweet. The dried cheeries also tart. Colourful red and green made for festive Xmas cake. I doubt anyone will complain though whenever it is made though !”

“We haven't baked this yet. But when I ordered the tiered cake kit I couldn't change the cake type anywhere. So I entered it in the notes that we wanted the chocolate cake and the carrot cake. We ended up with Macha cherry which I don't think my daughter will be overly pumped about. Other than that everything else looks great.”

“This cake tastes very good. I substituted the cherries with strawberries as recommended, as the cherries are currently not in season. However, the problem with baking with fresh fruits is that the cake gets soggy where the fruit bits are. I also made the buttercream icing as per the recipe, but for some reason the texture came out really dense. I did try to add a few splashes of milk to loosen it, but it ended up being lumpy? I am by no means a pro baker, but I'm not really a beginner either. All and all, it's a good flavoured cake, and if you don't mind baking with fresh fruits, then go for it! Thanks for the beautiful packaging!”
