“This is an amazing gin. If you like your gin extra dry then it’s probably not for you. However it has a range of wonderful subtle flavours with a nice dryness beneath. The lavender comes through wonderfully. Just use a simple premium tonic or you swamp the gorgeous flavour.”

“A truly outstanding gin. Delightful bouquet & exquisite on the palate. The lavender overtones make this outstanding without being over powering. My first encounter with this gin was mixed with elderflower tonic water which produces a floral delight. Adding elderflower tonic does render this slightly cloudy in appearance, but does not impact on the flavour. Try it, even if you do not like gin!”
