Some people may need to take more than 2 capsules a time. You may want to try increasing to 4 for a short time and then slowly decreasing again once you really start to feel a difference and to start building the effect in your system.
You can split this up into 2 in the morning and 2 around midday to avoid that afternoon lull a lot of us suffer from.
You may also want to take Rise & Shine in the morning too. The two together would result in a more sustained gentle increase in energy while also supporting immune function, resilience to stress and better focus throughout the day.

“This is a very good supplement. Super strong than any other nootropic I have ever tried but I noticed that I was having some headache (like I am consuming Moda) while I was consuming this. Like I am super awake but some heaviness was always there, till I consumed it. So I had divided the doses like 1 capsule in the morning ND 2nd little later around 11.00 AM
