“I have a really busy job, mainly in front of a computer and a powerpointor or a spreadsheet, multi-tasking and running a household with my two teenage daughters, dog and cat. Life is never dull!
Focus and Clarity is my go to daily supplement during the working week. It has an incredible effect on me, when I'm feeling a bit frazzled or tired and trying to concentrate, most days! I just take two in the morning and if its a tough day, another two in the afternoon to power through. It's hard to explain what it does, it just seems to take a jumbled brain that is firing off, struggling to focus and brings that noise into a tunnel vision, focussed on the task.
