“Good starter bike, not good for long-term use.
I'm tall, so I have back and shoulder issues on longer rides. The vibration through the suspension is a little harsh on rougher roads, and it tends to slide a little on cold wet roads. However, it's a cheap bike, so you expect that.
Fuel economy is absurd; it barely uses any fuel.
It's far too light for higher speeds; I get buffeted by the wind above 40MPH, especially on exposed A-roads. If it wasn't limited to 60, I'd say it needs another gear. It's very nice at lower speeds, though; easy to slip through traffic and zip down bus lanes.
At 60 with sidewinds and traffic, it's legitimately terrifying to someone without much experience.”
“I don't really do reviews but hey, why not? My beloved Honda CBF 125, the most forgiving learner friendly bike. £4 from London to Portsmouth at full revs with petrol left over to around the town (plenty of times). I mean, I built my 2014 machine from the frame upwards for £650, she is so easy to maintain, I've become a good DIY man from being the owner of a CBF. I mean, I can't change a clutch but I know how to change an engine (luckily I had one spare).
I don't even notice the insurance payments being taken from my bank account, fantastic fun little bike.”
“Does 64mph sitting bolt upright about 160+mpg, light weight and maneuverable, starts instantly accelerates well and is ultra reliable, I love it, it's very comfortable and excellent road holding. As you can tell I like this bike”
