“Good runner, but the stock suspension is really soft, not a great bike to ride on the motorway but good for in and around town.
I would suggest upgrading to progressive springs”
“For £300 I can hardly complain about anything at all. It's a rat with panels made from old saucepans and no two bolts are the same. The bike is heavy, hates turning right, embarrasses me at traffic lights by stalling as I open the throttle and it is as ugly as sin. I love it, it is just what I expect from a big single. It needed a few bits and pieces replaced (cheaply) to get through its MOT (the tester loved it too). It's tall so I can see when the taxi is about to make a U-turn in front of me, and it's ugly so the kids won't nick it. The engine is perfect and once it's warm and happy I enjoy every thump.”
“Its an oldie but a goodie. Have had a few issues with it being a big single but you either love um or hate them. torque is great but vibration in throttle hand can be numbing. Mrs hates it so guess what.. I love it.”
