“These are the tallest of all the learner 125's and being 185cm tall found an excellent
match. Has good speed once you learn to use all the throttle, it's a very rev hungry machine and does never grumble at being used fully. These handle a dream with the high riding position and bars, not joking if using country lanes with 600cc bikes it is possible to corner equally as quick if not faster as the larger machine is heavier with wider tyres.
Build quality is just great, but what more would you expect from Honda. Brakes tend to need attention regularly as pistons get a little seized, but a few squeezes in and out soon free them up. Chain needs very regular adjustment, and very difficult to get lubrication to penetrate, hence chain wear is substantial but there cheap enough.
Twin headlamps, twin cylinder engine and high position gives impression of larger horsepower machine. Luggage systems are easily found to fit.
Simply there is not another 125cc on the market that comes near to being as good.”
“I had been told it is one of the best 125s money can buy. Its too true.
It has the weight and size of a bigger bike, but just lacks the power. This means you are able to get the feel of riding something larger, which prepared me well for my full licence. It also has good road presence which adds to the safety of being a new rider.
Great bike. Good value. Reliable”
“My first bike for a long while. This is a good bike for the bigger rider. It's one of the biggest 125s on the market and has good road presents. No problems so far and should say that way as these bikes are pretty bullet proof. Lovely to ride and easy to get used to.”
