“at 5ft9 and 16 stone (weight lifting lol), and travelling up and down An A road at speeds of 60-70+ I found the bike very cheap to run around town however its performance suffered on the motorway simply because it doesn't have the power to do however it was a good stepping stone for my A2 licence as I now use a Honda 600cc motorcycle instead for the daily commute as its much more roomier and more power should one have to use it.
The ninja however I feel is still good for those who are new to motorcycling or will primarily use it to commute short distances.”
“I loved it before I lowered the suspension now it's a pleasure to ride. Wouldn't change it for anything else. Nothing comes close for looks and performance!”
“Wish it had a little bit more power but other than that it's a good bike over all. Don't think I'll get rid when I get a bigger bike as it's fun and for £15 to fill tank which get me 200 miles. Put that together with cheep insurance £14 a month and £3.50 a month road tax it's a really cheep bike over all. Comfy nippy and can take two when needed. Bad point is for a 250 cc it's a really heavy bike....”
“Excellent motorbike for people on the A2 licence and anyone new to riding. Great fuel economy, comfortable and goes fast for a learner bike! 33BHP is good for a third bike. Definitely recommend to my friends and family.”
“great bike!
living in the South East of England, close to the seafront means that there is quite some humidity in the air which results in regular chain maintenance or else the chain turns rusty rather quickly. nothing that chain lubricant cannot handle.
the bike is a charm. great to cruise through the city and quick and flexible enough to dodge most the traffic. no more queuing - let's filtre right to the front of the queue.”
“Great little bike for around town or heavy traffic but woefully underpowered , can do 70 on a motorway but at 9000 rpm struggles & vibrates a lot,
Could have & should have bought a 600!!”
