“I have previously owned three Honda Fireblades, and could'nt fault them, but this Z1000 is probably the best bike I have ever owned, it does everything I ask of it. Comfort, reliability, and the handling is superb, rear section tyre 190 is totally scrubbed to the very edge. Cannot fault this bike.”
“Look are stunning. Its a real head turner. The super naked frame design make this an aggressive looker. The twin sided exhaust is something to be impressed with. The tubular accessory can cannot compete the sculptured design on the standard bike, anyone choosing to replace this is completely missing the design inspiration of the designer.
The ride is particularly hard for urban riding but is easily softened. It is real easy to throw this little bike about it flicks confidently around potholes despite its 220kg mass.
The huge wide rear tyre is comforting to know it will handle the torque (112 Nm) even from 2000 rpm , top bhp (142) is attained at 10000rpm redlining at 11000.
The looks are enough for this bike to stand out for years to come. Well pleased”
