“I have only ride this bike a handful of times due to family, work and injury but it's great. I have completed 4 hour journeys on it and thought nothing of it. The power is smooth and reliable. It's nice to have the low power option as I would properly lose my licence. The panniers are great and hold loads. My only really issue is that you can't great a matching top box. I would seriously give the bike consideration if you looking at a new one”
“Bought this bike as my previous bikes were quite difficult to put luggage on them. Prime reason of buying was to go places with the easy advantage of having luggage attached. The Kawasaki panniers are brilliant and fit the bike very easy and have also proved waterproof ( so far). To remove the panniers is a one key operation and the bike looks like a standard bike without any added fitting bits. The performance is more than adequate and the riding position is about the best I have had on a "sports tourer "
The only down side I have found is that the seat can get a bit uncomfortable on long journeys. Fuel stops are welcome which can be more than 170 miles.
It is also a very nice bike to just take out for a Sunday ride. Not too big - not too small. Quite sporty. Looks lovely with or without the panniers.”
