“Brilliant little bike - I wouldn't recommend it for anyone that isn't mechanically minded, because straight out of the box it doesn't run very efficiently. Sprocket sizing upgrades and carb jets are super cheap and pretty easy to install, making it actually very nice to ride. Engine seems pretty bullet proof, and the only other problems I've ever had are actually my own fault due to lack of experience. That said, I'd also recommend a headlamp upgrade. All in all, a great little machine, and although the extra work is a pain, the extra few hundred pounds you've saved by going for such a cheap model makes it well with the effort.

“It is what it is, a very cheap, simple, runabout. I regularly service it myself and keep it clean and well oiled with gt50, nothing is difficult, it has not missed a beat. I run it up the bypass, and chuck it through the heavy commuter traffic with no problems. it is never going to set the world alight, performance wise, but remember, it is only a 125 that uses very little fuel, is reasonably comfortable (perhaps the handlebars could do with changing for lower ones), handles well, as someone says,"it does what it says on the tin".”
“good little bike for the money, top speed is only 60 if you don't want to change the sprockets but i cant say many Chinese bikes run this well after 6 years”
