“I have a Suzuki Burgman 400 2008.i do a lot of motorway miles and it will happily cruise between 70/80 mph with a top end of an indicated 100 mph. It's economical doing about 75 mph. It has massive storage space and is stable when filtering. Jill”
“After a 20 year break from motorcycling I decided to forego my usual choice of a 1000cc superbike and purchased a 6 year old Burgman 400.THis was a bad choice.I did not like this scooter for the following reasons. It is very heavy for a scooter,I could not get used to the handling,it is difficult to do any home maintainance because of all the plastic.I traded the Burgman in to a local dealer after a month for a Honda CBR250R and I am much happier with my new choice.Perhaps I did not use the scooter enough to get used to the low speed handling, however the ride did not inspire me.”
“Very good acceleration & top speed. I have only covered a distance journey a couple of times & that was 65 miles on A roads, motorway & little country lanes. I arrived after my journey without any back trauma by which i was totally surprised. The only problem i have encountered was when a car started to pull out from a side street in front of me & breaking sharply slip me forward of the seat which i will brace for in future.”
