This bike is a do it all charmer - there's nothing you couldn't ask this bike to do other than severe off roading.
It handles superbly on all road types and with the updated boxer twin engine it's a dream to ride.

I'm just back from a 3 week tour of Holland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy
I did just over 2500 miles and the bike didn't miss a beat - from 130 mph blasts on the Autobahns to 10 mph round tight hairpins in the Alps - not a problem at any time.
Overall fuel economy for the trip - believe it or not 56 mpg with days ranging from 49mpg (Autobahns) to 66mpg (slow meandering in the Alps)
