All the bike you'll ever need. I thought of buying a track bike, no need, Weekend blasts with the boys, steady riding and track days. The only limiting factor is me, I've now owned four Aprillias, two twins and two V4s. A truly great machine.

Ride comfort is now very good because I converted to the RSV saddle and cowl. Expensive but worth it. Changed the rear shock to a Ohlins, looking to do the same for the fronts. Again, expensive. It's a shame Aprilia dropped the level of suspension on the Tuono to that on the RSV. A dream machine!

I have owned a lot of bikes, from R1's to Benelli TnT's amd most in between, my aprilia V4 is by far the best bike i have owned and enjoyed. The quick shifter the electronic gadgets all add to the experience and the thrill of the ride. The bike is a very able and capable bike for touring as well as a fun blast on a sunday morning's When and if i can afford it i will by the newer version ..... superb bike i recommend to any one who wants a powerful sit up with a great sound track from the V4.

Best bike for road riding I have ever ridden bar none! You have to put up with hard seat and very firm suspension (even after softening all settings etc.) but the road holding and handling is sublime, engine is outstanding and sound is glorious too.

Seat uncomfortable on long journeys, bought a gel seat which has helped. Fuel economy ok but tank range not good for long touring.
