“Great little bike gets good speed downhill. Uphill can be tedious but it doesn't cry like my petrol scooter did. I only do short journeys and charge overnight. Totally reliable. Quite heavy to put on stand. So cheap to run too. Overall very pleased”
“Just the job for niping to the local shops. Would suit small person just learning and no hills!
All Electric, powered by 4 x 12volt lead acid car batteries (64Kg). 29mph on the flat, but as slow as 4mph on a steep hill. Range is dependant on the hills, between 7 and 12 miles from single overnight charge (Plug it in and leave it). Build quality is good. Lights, dipped beam and side light, no headlight for moped classed scooter. Under the seat storeage is enough for open face helmet. There is a built-in "hook" for a shopping bag. Major problem is Registering new scooter with the DVLA.The manufacturer has gone bust so obtainning a certifiate of newness is impossible unless bought from a retailer.
If you end up with "Q" plate the only insurance is 3rd party only.”
