“I bought a 2016 659 version which was a demonstrator with 350 miles in September and as now in July 17 the mileage is 3700. The first service is at 4000. I have had 6 previous motorbikes and have found this one very enjoyable. It is light and manoeuvrable, I love the handling and feel confident leaning around the corners, the engine is responsive and capable of good acceleration when needed. It is a joy to explore the countryside in Hertfordshire where I live and in adjoining Wales. It handles tracks and fast sweeping roads very well. When going away the panniers clip on easily and with the large top box the luggage space is all I need. I am getting 56 mpg on average, with my enthusiastic riding.”
