They try to riddle out of their responsibilities blaming it on the dealer you bought it from but I was VERY dissapointed it what happened on two occasions on a bike with less that 500 miles on it. I bought a new bike to avoid all the hassles I ended up with.
THEIR WARRANTY IS PARTS ONLY. YOU PAY FOR LABOUR AND RECOVERY !!!
Go eleswhere or nail the dealer down to cover parts AND labour.
