“A fun little bike. It's great for bombing around exploring the back roads in the Lincolnshire Wolds where I live. I only use it in nice weather and I've only done a couple of thousand miles and I've had no real problems. The exhaust was replaced under warranty due to the chrome coming off the down pipe but it was no problem. The only gripe I have had was when I needed some new parts after being hit by a car. After waiting months for them to come from Sinnis, I eventually got them from Herald Motorcycles who sell the same bike under a different name. They seem a much more professional outfit.
I've cut the end baffle out of the exhaust which has given it a nice fruity note and it pops and bangs nicely on over run too.
It is what it is. A basic Chinese bike but it looks good, is cheap to buy and run, nice to ride and I love it.”
“The bike looks cool and has enough oomph for most A & B roads. It's very light and easy to handle making it a perfect town runaround. It's been very reliable (had it just over a year) and, as it's pretty basic, there's nothing complicated to go wrong. It's very economical and, although there's no fuel warning light (which would be nice) I love the gear indicator! It's slightly weird that the odometer is in kilometres whilst the speedo is mph but it's just something you get used to.
The only downside, for me, is that the brakes aren't very enthusiastic. There have been a couple of times when I thought I wasn't going to stop quite where I intended (although we did get there ok) and I'd hate to have to do an emergency stop for real! You get used to them pretty quickly though and, overall, I love her.”
“Despite its low price this bike feels solidly made. The compact size makes it easy to handle and it's engine seems willing, it will no doubt get even better with a few more miles on the clock. Overall a cracking little machine, value for money, and looks pretty good.”
