“Sold my Triumph Sprint ST1050 for the 800XRX and am pleasantly surprised at the power and torque of the smaller engine. Have done 3000 mls. with it this summer after fitting a rear hugger and front mudguard extension (necessities in my view) and I have enjoyed every mile in all weathers. It is extremely comfortable and well finished so all in all I would recommend to anyone.”

“Its light, nimble and comfortable for me on long journeys. I tend to use it around town more than rural at the moment; its good at low speed and very responsive to throttle control. On the motorway it can be a bit "buzzy" on the left hand footrest, but not annoyingly so. I'm 6'1" and the seat height is good. I've not used it for touring with a pillion yet, but I'm reliably informed this is not a problem.
