“I use this bike in all weathers all year. My commute is 106 miles per day, which includes country lanes, dual carriageway and central London.
Over the past 14 months it has covered 25000 miles. No breakdowns. No signs of wear and tear. It is very comfortable. More than quick enough and very smooth. Many reviews say it does 38mpg and 150 mile tank range. I ride at the speed limit and I consistently get 58mpg and over 200 miles to a tank.
This is the first bike I have had where I KNOW that it will start whatever the conditions. A true great old school reliable motor. I hope to put 125000 miles on it before considering changing it.

A great engine and it has stood up to the winters very well. Fuel economy on my 20 mile cummute is average 45mpg and that includes some spirited riding.
