Just an awesome bike. Been riding for 47 years and without a doubt the highest grin factor yet.

2000 model Great engine. Brakes needed up graded. Good tank range. Comfortable. Replaced subframe. Good two up. Owned since new and keeping it.

Amazing performance! Handling pretty good too if set up correctly; I've added helibars to mine to improve comfort and now it's good for a full day Fuel consumption is good for a high performance 1300cc bike, I average around 50mpg Tyre wear can be horrific if you use all the performance all time with rear tyres illegal after less than 2000 miles! On average I get around 5000 from Michelin pilot road 3s or 4s Overall an outstanding piece of kit and highly recommended a gen 1 bike is better value than newer tackle and handles better

First Generation unrestricted Busa- bags of power and tonnes of torque. Great engine for two up riding and unstressed overtaking. Super smooth power delivery. Quite agile for what it is. Screen is to low so aftermarket higher screen is a must. Bars a bit heavy on wrists but risers cost £25 so easy fix. Lots of accessories and spares available online. sadly eats tires and chains quickly when full engine's potential unleashed. 190 MP/H for little money. Great buy.
