“Ideal bike for one with quite short legs. Although only a 125 cc model it feels and looks like a bigger bike.
It's been 35 years since I was last on a two wheeled motorise machine (moped) so it took a little bit of getting used to.
Not having ridden the bike much since it was purchased I have decided to enrol with a Rusty Rider school to enable me to get the most from the bike.
Initial impressions are most favourable.”
“We bought this as a learner bike for my son (21, 6 foot 7 inches) and any bike was going to look small on him, he even dwarfs my BMW 1200! The suzi has been reliable and an easy ride, not a racer by any stretch of the imagination, with a top speed of 60! It does however run at that all day without stressing. I have ridden it to York from the south coast, and though not a BMW, it is still fine on long runs, just stay off the motorway ( with any 125!) I'd get another for a learner driver, and indeed my son has kept his for rides to Uni, where his 500 is just too big for early morning rides in the wet and frosty mornings!
The only breakdown we had was simply when he left the heated grips on overnight, and the battery was flat. Aty least he learnt push starting at home under my supervision!”
“Hoping to do my bike test next year but so far I love this fist entry 125 cruiser, it looks bigger than an average 125, so far I've had a couple of good days out on it in the sunshine and been to a couple of bike events, in all its a lovely clean cruiser, not much power but hey..it's not meant to be fast, you can take in the scenery better, hopefully when passed, I will probably go up to a 500cc, but whether I sell the 125,thats another question, until then I'm just enjoying what I have and look forward to some more days out.”
“Good looking bike. Very comfortable to ride and looks bigger than a 125. Far too quiet and very slow. Top speed is just over 70mph downhill with a tail wind.”
