“The scooter is indeed reliable, with its simple design aesthetic and mechanic, decent all season tough tyres. Brakes are very firm and never had an issue braking to a an emergency stop. After 7000 KM and 1 year and half the main stock components continue doing their job. Battery still good, below freezing during winter starts at first or second try. Didn't have to rely on the kick start but i know its there as a backup. I'm not very good with it but I've managed to start it after 4, 5 times. Halogen lights are decent and provide good illumination, blinkers are decent too no issue. Managed to get from 75 to 100 km per 5 litres, thats the range of fuel economy i get, decent but not amazing given its carburettor injected. I ride 95% of time in the city between 20mph and 40mph and get this economy. Top speed is 60 mph with 9 kg in the underseat storage and 75 kg person in no wind conditions. surprising that even at that speed I don't feel afraid duo vibration however you wont overtake anyone so stay in the slow lane and enjoy the ride. Easy to work on maintenance, regular maintenance can be done easily as its very easy to work on just make sure to have decent tools, 100£ worth of tools are enough to maintain this forever. Power is decent and very nippy at 8hp and 99kg dry weight, short wheelbase and slim body allows me to filter and do tight turn corners like pedestrians. Enough said for 1671£ paid i cant emphasise further it was worth it. Make sure to keep it for years because it doesn't hold its retail value well like yamaha honda vespa piaggio etc. Oh the worst thing i can mention is the exhaust pipe and can, they will rust within 1 year of use so do dismount, steel brush it, clean with solvent and apply metal paint coating. should fix the problem. re do every year or so.”
