“lots of bang for your buck, mine was £2.5k for an 08 plate with 10k miles and I've spent very little on it in 18 months. A little bit underpowered (124hp) with 2 up but racy enough when solo. Steer clear of triumph panniers as they are just not waterproof. Replacing lightbulbs is a 4hr job so fit HID when you can. The mirrors are prone to loosening and hence vibration but are reasonably cheap to replace. Triumph servicing is a bargain £500 for two MOTs, two services & two health checks.”
