“It is a 1958 cub, no frills ok on 1958 roads, just can't compete with modern bikes, but I love it, gets a lot of attention when I go to the shop on it, has no more faults than any other 50s bike, it is what it is, the best thing is there is a part no in the spares book for each of the oil leaks.”
“The bike is a good little runner, only 200cc it pasted the MOT ok, it rides very well for a little machine. I have taken the fuel tank and head lamp to be re-chromed fitting new handle bars and clutch and brake levers then I will have the top half of the tank painted including the mudguards and oil tank will fit a new number plate have already had the wheels refurbished when I put it back together it will look really smart it is a basic little bike better than a Bsa bantam I think I paid about the right price for it and after I have finished the work on by the end of February the value will increase.”
