Great bike for running around town or to do your shopping. Fairly cheap to run and it hardly ever goes wrong.

Bought my et4 on a whim, thought I'd "mod" it up, make it stand out. It certainly does, and I love cruising around on it. As a 125cc, I will eventually take it on a long road trip, and am confident of its ability to do so even though it is now 20 years old. I will eventually get a more classic Vespa, but am enjoying my et4 at the moment. Great fuel economy, comfortable seat, clear and precise dials. I find the indicator fuses blow quite regularly, and they're not that cheap to replace, but it could be worse! All in all, not bad for a mod'd et4, albeit a much scoffed at "twist n go..."

For anyone wanting an automatic scooter with a 'Big Bike' feel the ET4 is certainly good value. Quick off the mark, easy to control and reliable - it is big enough to be seen and respected by cars in traffic. Headlights are bit dim (but most scooters are - and you can get xennon replacements) the ET4 is not recognised by traditional scooter fanatics, no gears and mixing of 2 stroke etc, but don't let that put you off. They have been around since the late 90's so you can find some good models quite cheap, choose the 125 over the 50cc and if looking to buy new consider the new Vespa sprint.
