“Had motorbikes since seventeen years old,and thought i would try the vespa,but found it very hard to go from footchange gears to twist and go,also found it very hard to get used to the seat as you seem to be on top and not in bike as in a motorbike.”

Clutch can be very very very annoying in stop start traffic, judders, cleaned changed and still judders.
