“I have owned 6 Harley's now and still love them but an opportunity came up to purchase a brand new Victory Boardwalk with some nice extra's and a 5 year warranty. Well it was an offer that I could not refuse and seeing as it came with wire wheels and whitewall tyres, beach bars and full fenders it was a very similar style of bike to the Harley Softail Deluxe which is one of my favourites so I had to have it. The riding style is very comfortable and at 6ft 2" I have room for my legs and feet and the wide handlebars are perfect for my arms. The power delivery of the engine is great being very docile around town and in traffic but once out on the open road you can open her up and she just keeps pulling like a train. The exhaust tone is fantastic with the help of the Vance & Hines 3" Slash cut Slip-on Mufflers she sounds like an old American Muscle car. The gear box is fine and the brakes work well too so all in all I am very happy with the Boardwalk but my only gripe is the lack of Fuel gauge and security system but once you work out the amount of miles you get to a full tank you just reset the trip after every fill up and away you go.”
