“Starter bike, does a fantastic job. handling is good, top speed at 150-mph range without tuning, all factory parts.currently running on standard 180/55 r17 rear bt023 and will be changing to 190/50 bt023 as i feel it could benefit from more road traction and i dont corner hard much. has an semi-agressive sitting position. strreetfighter style. i have lowered the front by 2inches and put raised clip ons, after fiddling with the right sitting position ad not to hit the side fearings, now 85% there where i wanted my fazer riding style to be. bike is gorgeous, even up to this day, still got complements every single time i ride out in town. 2011 abs fearing model, with 23k on the clock, just about to replace front and rear brake pads. little rust on the footrest, and whats anoing is the downpipes, how easily they get corroded and changing colour with that baked on dirt. previous owner may not have been taking good care of it so i still have a couple of hours polishing to do with autosol and a cloth. generally low-mid maintenance, plastics are in still decent condition after 5 years. I do think the exhaust is the weak point, or i could be just unlucky with that. Love your bike and take good care of it. I deffinitelly reccomend it as i would be happy to see more fazer 8 on the road. a true workhorse, but a gorgeous stallion. 1 thing that you should not forget. Motrocycles requires constant TLC, there is always a thing to fix, replace, look after. It is not only a form of transport, it a lifestyle and a passsion.”
“I love my Fazer8 . The only things j don't like are handle grips for pillion are not positioned well but if you like your pillion to cling to you maybe that's a plus. The other issue with stop easy to accidently leave the lights on in park mode and flat the battery”

“The bike is a very good all round bike only pitfalls are rear and front suspension there is no preload or damper adjustment like on the fazer 600/1000 but apart from that I would buy another one but only if it had them items on it.”
