Opted for no bells or whistles after fully loaded k1200s suspension problems.
Back to basics, no ABS, handles absolutley brilliantly and can tear the stripes off most sports bikes, breaks very well. Only downside gets through rear tyres pretty quickly
but lovely machine.”
“I went from a BMW RT 1200 to the K 1300. One was clearly a touring bike with all the creature comforts of an armchair, where is the latter is a sports tourer, and therefore not quite as comfortable as the RT was. However it very quickly makes up for that in the shared enjoyment and rideability of the bike. The in-line four produces a seamlessly endless amount of power and instantly. I cannot see me wanting any other bike.”
